The Darkness announce Feeder as special guests for UK arena tour

The Darkness have announced Feeder as special guests on their upcoming December UK arena tour. Feeder join The Darkness to complete a magnificent bill of UK rock bands with further support coming from the alternative rock band A.

The Darkness frontman Justin Hawkins says, “Feeder have agreed to join the bill for our arena tour and we are OVER THE MOON! Eagle eyed television enthusiasts will remember the legendary episode of Bargain Hunt when Frankie and I made more money than expected on a tin bath and condemned them to defeat.

They were gracious in a way that we would not have been. I really like them as people and they rock hard.

I still have my Bargain Hunt wind cheater but I promise not to wear it side stage during their set to taunt them…”

Feeder frontman Grant Nicholas adds, “We can’t wait to rock with our old friends The Darkness and A. We are going to be playing songs exclusively from our re-issued debut album Polythene. Feeder x”

The forthcoming UK arena tour is a celebration of the very best of the chart-topping, award-winning, platinum-selling catalogue of The Darkness. The shows promise an awe-inspiring, spandex-clad, rip-roaring stomp through some of the most iconic rock songs in history. Their largest headline tour in 20 years will see some of the biggest venues in the UK treated to an encyclopaedic set list of their greatest hits and fan favourites.

Ahead of the tour The Darkness will release their first personally curated best of album Crock of Hits on November 27^th via Warner Music. Crock of Hits pulls from across their eight studio albums, including the game-changing 2003 debut Permission To Land, right through to their latest chartbusting, critically acclaimed Dreams On Toast, which soared to No.2 in the UK Official Albums Chart in 2025, as well as featuring their festive smash hit single ‘Christmas Time (Don’t Let The Bells End)’.

Crock of Hits will be available to purchase on a variety of formats including 1LP, 2LP, 1CD & 3CD as well as digitally. The extended formats feature further spectacular additions including live tracks, radio sessions and a new edition of ‘Masters Of The Universe’ featuring Queen’s Brian May. Crock of Hits is available to pre-order here

The Darkness UK arena tour will call at seven arenas across the country starting December 8^th in Glasgow and finishing with the band’s debut headline performance at The O2 in London on December 16^th.
